MTAD sells out and tops Movers & Shakers list on release date

On the day of its official release, MTAD sold out at Amazon.com, but not before topping the online book behemoth's Movers and Shakers List. The Movers & Shakers index identifies the biggest gainers in sales rank at Amazon.com in the past 24 hours. MTAD started the day ranked 55,842nd on the Amazon sales list, but by mid-afternoon had climbed to 252, a 22,059% increase that was good enough to land the book at the top of the Movers & Shakers list and as the best seller in a number of different categories. Shortly thereafter, Amazon exhausted its supply of books. As of 6:48 PM on January 15, Amazon is still out of books (the book is currently listed as available for pre-order).

The book is available for sale at amazon.com and will begin to appear in Borders and Barnes & Noble stores later this month.
